Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the sales of the company's product line, by expanding customer resources, achieving sales targets, and signing long-term purchase agreements with key customers.
2. By exploring customer needs, conduct on-site demonstrations of products and software.
3. Assess the technical requirements of customers and, with the assistance of the product manager, provide and customize solutions.
4. Regularly maintain existing customer relationships within the responsible area and explore new sales opportunities.
5. Provide strategic advice to the sales director, identify and report potential opportunities to promote sales growth.
6. Strictly enforce the budget system to ensure that expense expenditures comply with the company's standards.
7. Regular sales analysis reports will be submitted.
Job Requirements
1. Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 3 years of direct sales experience in the field of robots or intelligent equipment. Candidates with market sales background in factory automation or engineering construction equipment (buildings, roads, airports) are preferred.
Those with professional knowledge of line setting, surveying and mapping, etc. are preferred.
Those with experience in overseas market expansion are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
1. Global business layout and channel construction. Formulate and implement international market expansion strategies (including domestic ones), and achieve the annual sales target. Build a global agent system, develop and maintain core customer resources;
2. Team building and management. Form and lead the business team, and cultivate the professional capabilities and market development capabilities of team members; Establish a team performance appraisal mechanism to ensure the achievement of goals.
3. Market promotion and brand building. Organize product learning and content construction, and formulate multi-channel promotion strategies such as domestic and overseas social media and official websites; Plan sales promotion activities and participate in related exhibitions and other offline events to enhance the brand's global influence.
4. Market research and feedback. Collect domestic and international market information, customer feedback and competitor dynamics to provide a basis for product optimization and market strategies; Respond quickly to market changes and adjust business strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Customer development and maintenance. Travel on business to visit key clients, conduct product demonstrations and technical exchanges, and promote project implementation. Establish long-term and stable customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
Job Requirements
1.More than 5 years of market experience in layout (for buildings, roads or airports), surveying and mapping equipment (total stations, laser trackers), long lines of automation or related industries, familiar with global market dynamics and customer demands.
2. Rich domestic and international customer resources are required. Candidates with team-leading experience and overseas working experience are preferred.
3. Bachelor's degree or above in robotics, surveying and mapping, English, international trade or related fields.
4. Strong self-motivation and a sense of dedication to one's career, willing to accept challenges and solve problems.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of collaborating efficiently with clients, partners and internal teams.
6. Familiar with international trade processes, possessing the capabilities of market analysis, channel construction and customer management.
7. Possess strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities, and be able to formulate and implement effective market strategies.
