Job Responsibilities
1.Product assembly and debugging
According to the assembly drawings, models and process requirements, carry out mechanical assembly and electrical wiring work for robots and related equipment.
Cooperate in the debugging of the assembled products, including the performance indicators such as the motion accuracy and operational stability of the robot.
2. Debugging problem handling
Locate, repair or report the faults that occur during the debugging process to the R&D engineer to ensure that the product can be delivered on time.
3. Robot demonstration operation
Proficient in the operation process of robots and capable of conducting demonstrations and operations in various occasions.
At customer visits, product promotion and other occasions, conduct on-site demonstrations of robots to showcase the functions and advantages of the products.
4. Take robots out for services
According to the customer's requirements, carry robots and related equipment to the customer's site for demonstration and training work.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the preliminary scheme assessment of the robot project and complete the robot's electrical control design plan.
2. Based on the functional requirements of the robot, design the electrical system schematic diagram and wiring diagram of the equipment in detail, and output the list of electrical standard parts
3. According to the design indicators of the robot, debug the working parameters of the functional modules to ensure that the modules operate in the best state
4. Based on the design indicators of the robot's motion module, and in combination with the type and size of the load, adjust the motor operation parameters to maximize the motor's performance
5. Compare and test the performance of standard parts with the same function, and optimize the cost of automated equipment in combination with the cost performance of the product
6. Based on the overall layout, functional requirements, design indicators, electrical safety, convenience of production and maintenance, and aesthetics of the robot, design an overall wiring plan for the equipment. Wiring is carried out on the three-dimensional structural model, and output the drawings and BOM of the corresponding processed parts
7. Research new technologies and methods to fill the internal technological gaps

Job Requirements
1. Have experience in developing motion control projects, and be familiar with mainstream brand controllers, drivers, motors, encoders and other automation modules;
